We can take your ideas and preferences and design the home of your dreams. English Design Services was inspired by our passion for design and the desire to make home plans affordable. I have been building and designing homes for 33 years. I earned my experience in the field laying foundations and framing houses. I am proud to share my knowledge and experience with you by designing your next house, dream home, or vacation getaway.

Whether you want options like open floor plans, garage plans, wraparound porches, or a master suite, we have you covered regardless of the square footage! If you need to find a pro builder or someone to handle your interior design we can help with that as well!

House Plans Include :

• Four sets of plans printed in 1/4 inch scale on 24x36 cad bond paper

• Foundation plan

• Floor plan

• Exterior elevations

• Door and Window schedules

• Cross section and details page

Consult your local mechanical contractors for HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as these codes vary from area to area. (Mechanical plans are not included).
