• How long does the custom home design process take?  The custom design process is determined by the number of changes mage by the customer. Typical completion time once all revisions are completed and approved would be approximately one week.

• How many revisions can I make with custom house plans? Revisions are not limited as long as the design is going in a forward direction and the changes are small interior changes, such as moving and removing wall locations, fixtures, etc. and basic exterior changes, such as material preferences and minor roof modifications.

• Does it cost extra to make revisions? Revision charges will only apply if the customer wants to change the entire basic shape of the home or if the customer would like to basically start the home design process over with a new concept.
